How 'Love your Park' makes me happier and relaxed

We like to bring you stories from BetterPoints users who are using the app to make positive changes to their lives and earning rewards. Recently I spoke to Danielle who is in the ‘Love your Park’ challenge.

Since using the app, Danielle has increased her walking from 10k steps per day to around 14k per day. Here is what she had to say about how the challenge has helped her:

"BetterPoints has encouraged me to be more active. I do think getting out in the parks helps to keep me relaxed and happier. I plan to save up my points to convert to Amazon gift cards to use towards Christmas gifts. 

Finding time to get out into the greener spaces of London is a priority for me! ‘Love your Park’ has helped me to give back by keeping the parks clean, tidy and appealing spaces for everyone to enjoy. In return, I not only get points and rewards, but the opportunity to take a short scenic break from the fast pace of London life." - Danielle
